Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may return products ordered on www.reeb.co within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• be in the same condition as when you received it;
• not have been worn or used;
• include its original tags and packaging;
• be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with the necessary instructions for shipping your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Refund

• Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 to 15 business days.
• If the return is due to an error by REEB CO (incorrect product, damaged item, preparation error), the shipping costs will be fully refunded.
• In all other cases, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

• For hygiene reasons, personal care products (e.g., cosmetic products) cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or unsealed.
• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Liability

All risks related to returning the product (loss, damage, theft, etc.) are borne by the sender until the item is received by our team. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
