1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of REEB CO and the customer in the context of the online sale of products offered on the website www.reeb.co. They apply to all orders placed by individuals acting as consumers and having the legal capacity to contract.
By validating the order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these GTCS. REEB CO reserves the right to modify or update them at any time, the applicable version being the one in effect at the time of the order confirmation.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost care. The photographs, texts, illustrations, and product characteristics are provided for indicative purposes. Slight variations in color or shape may occur depending on production batches or screen settings.
If in doubt about a reference or component, the customer may contact customer service at cheers@reeb.co.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the website are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are not included and are added before the final confirmation of the order. REEB CO reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
In the event of an obviously incorrect price display, REEB CO reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.
4. Orders
The customer may place an order directly on the website www.reeb.co by adding the desired products to the cart and completing the checkout process. The order is only considered final after full payment has been received.
An automatic confirmation email summarizing the details of the order is sent. REEB CO reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing payment dispute for a previous order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or via the secure solutions offered on Shopify (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or equivalent). All transactions are fully secure and encrypted.
The full amount is charged at the time of order validation. An electronic invoice is sent by email and can be downloaded from the customer account.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. Deliveries are mainly handled by Colissimo or an equivalent carrier. Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days after shipping, but may vary depending on the carrier.
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left, allowing retrieval of the parcel at the post office or pickup point. If a parcel is returned to REEB CO due to non-collection, reshipping fees may apply.
Responsibility transfers to the customer upon effective delivery of the parcel. In case of missing or damaged items, the customer must make precise reservations on the delivery slip and notify REEB CO within 48 hours at cheers@reeb.co.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of products to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide justification.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, complete and intact. Products unsealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
